PURPLE SEAMOSS GEL INSTRUCTIONS:
1) Use full bag
2) Rinse the Purple Seamoss THOROUGHLY with filtered or spring water.
3) Place Purple seamoss in a bowl and cover completely with water.
** STEP 3 CAN BE DONE BEFORE STEP 2 AS LONG AS YOU RINSE THOROUGHLY AFTER ITS SOAKED**
4) Allow it to soak for 24 hours.
5) Drain, add to blender. Start with 1 cup of water and
(taper in additional 2 cup of water for desired consistency)
6) Store in glass jar and refrigerate up to 3 - 4 weeks.
4oz put in Spring Water to soak for 24hours

24 Hours later this is the 4 oz.

RINSED AFTER THE 24HRS (NOT EVERY TIME I CAN CLEAN BEFORE)

** Makes about 40 ounces of Purple Seamoss Gel**

GOLD SEAMOSS GEL INSTRUCTIONS:
1) Use full bag
2) Place Gold seamoss in a bowl and cover completely with filtered/spring water.
4) Allow it to soak for 24 hours.
5) CLEAN THOROUGHLY
6) Add to blender. Start with 1 cup of water and add up to 2 1/2 more cups
(taper in water for desired consistency)
6) Store in glass jar and refrigerate up to 3 - 4 weeks.
1oz put in Spring Water to soak for 24hours

24 Hours later this is the 1 oz.

** Makes about 32 ounces Gold Seamoss Gel**

Dosage:
Use 1-2 tablespoons a day
Add to everything from Smoothies, Oatmeal, Porridge, Plant-based yogurt, Pasta Sauce, Baked Goods and more!
